Bethel Digitech Limited, Nigeria with our office at 38 Opebi Road, Ikeja, Lagos Sate Nigeria. Trading as Bethel Travels & Career Consulting. We are a Travel, Career consulting and conference coordinator company. This current arrangement is for the on coming conference for Christ Advocates Church.

​Christ Advocates Church is organising a Shonesheep & mentoring conference which will be hosted in various cities across Europe and north America including, London, Amsterdam and Toronto.

 

Any potential attendees who ticks the terms and condition box on the registration form either on our website www.btcctravels.com/sonsheep or on Christ Advocates Church website has agreed that they are above 18 years and agrees to abide to this terms and condition as written on this website link: https://www.btcctravels.com/termsforsonsheep

 

1-The particular city or country selected by a potential attendee to attend Sonsheep conference does not automatically mean that that is the country or city they would approve to attend. Decision to approve a potential attendee to attend a particular city is based on the information that has been submitted or provided by an attendee on our registration form on our website or on Christ Advocates Church website www.christadvcates.com/sonsheep or www.betheldigitech.com/sonsheep depending on attendee's location/country of residence. An applicant who have completed this form is legally binding by this agreement which will be the terms of use of The Sonsheep conference as managed by BETHEL DIGITECH Nigeria T/A Bethel Travels & Career Consulting

To be considered for any of The Sonsheep Conference which may be held in the following cities:

London United Kingdom, Amsterdam Netherlands and Toronto Canada, a registered attendees must demonstrate the following:

 

1-That they have been a practicing Christian, church worker, church minister or church leader for more than 2 years.

​

2-That they are gainfully employed and have the funds to finance their trip by the standard of the Government of the country they wish to visit for this conference as per standard Sufficient funds which may be found on each country's Government website.

They must have sufficient fund for their to and fro flight tickets, hotel accommodation, feeding for all the duration of this conference in a designated country, transportation, pocket money and that they have very meaningful ties in their country of residence or home country which ever is applicable. They must also demonstrate that they will return to their home country after this conference.

3-That they have the fruits of the Holy Spirit. 

 

4-Every potential attendees must confirm their registration with our/an approved conference travel co-ordinator.

Attendees from UK, EU, CANADA & AMERICA must register with BETHEL DIGITECH LIMITED in UK.

Attendees from Africa, Asia, Caribbean, South America must register with Bethel Travels & Career Consulting.

If at any time of the travel and tour arrangement process and our coordinator(s) finds out that a potential attendee does not have any of the above mentioned capacity including, financial capacity to fund their trip through their bank account statement, the conference coordinators may not proceed with assisting this attendees with their travel arrangement. And what ever registration fees that has been paid to BETHEL DIGITECH LIMITED or & Bethel Travels & Career Consulting will not be refunded.

Communication with such attendees will stop.

5-Documents verification: Every attendees must submit all their travel required documents for sighting and copies will be kept by our coordinators of the following documents:

(a) Passport

(b) Personal or Business Bank statement in the name of the attendee of the duration requested by a country's embassy/consulate for visa purpose

(c)Insurance

(d) Any other supporting documents like marriage certificate, birth certificate, graduation certificates etc.

6- DURATION 

It will take approximately 60days from registration date to complete a successful verification, for us to come up with a feed back of your registration if you have been successful or not. This means a potential attendee shouls submit all relevant documents as soon as possible to enable enough time for verification.

 

7- LETTER OF INVITATION will only be provide by Christ Advocates Church which will likely be a group invitation letter only after a successful verification of attendees documents by BETHEL DIGITECH LIMITED and or Bethel Travel & Career consulting with the assistants of professional visa/immigration advisors. All required documents for the purpose of travels or visa will be requested by email to be sighted by Bethel Digitech Limited  and or Bethel Travels & Career Consulting. The type of invitation letter is at the discretion of Christ Advocates Church management.

IF WE ARE NOT SATISFIED THAT THE PURPOSE OF AN ATTENDEE TO ATTEND THE SONSHEEP CONFERENCE 2025/2026 IS GENUINE, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT DISAPPROVE SUCH A REGISTRATION TO BE DEEMD UNSUCCESSFUL. AND WE WILL NOT REQUEST AN INVITATION LETTER  FROM THE CHURCH FOR AN UNSUCCESSFUL ATTENDEE.

BETHEL DIGITECH LIMITED AND OR BETHEL TRAVEL & CAREERS CONSULTING, WILL NOT BE LIABLE TO COMPENSATE FOR  ANY INCONVENIENCES AND THERE WILL BE NO REFUND OF ANY REGISTRATION FEE THAT WAS PAID BY A POTENTIAL ATTENDEE. ANY REGISTRATION FEE PAID WILLL BE TREATED AS ADMIN FEE(S) FOR THE PROCESS OF REGISTRATION.

Attendee must make bookings of the following with Bethel Digitech Limited/ Bethel Travels & Careers Consulting

Attendees or delegates would not be allowed to book the below logistics arrangement by themselves even if they did not sign up for visa documents verification package.

1-Hotel accommodation booking with breakfast

2-Roundtrip flights

3Transportation to event venue(s)

4-Visa advice by recommended visa/immigration consultants/lawyers in the home country or country of residence of

5-Conference materials will be paid for by attendees. And this will be requested for after a successful verification of attendees documents. Attendees will be informed and the financial the cost of conference materials will depend on their level of participation. The cost will be paid to Bethel Travels & Career Consulting before a letter of invitation will be requested from Christ Advocates Church.

All potential attendee cannot make personal arrangement by themselves regarding the above Logistics mentioned, this is to ensure proper coordination of travel arrangement, the conference and for compliance purpose to fulfil the purpose of the trip which is The Sonsheep Conference.

For attendees who will attend from Africa, Asia, Middle East, South America and The Caribbean

(a)If you pay your CLASS A REGISTRATION FEE which started at £50 and will eventually be increased to £55 and finally to £105. This means you will automatically be offered assistance to verify your visa documents. This doesn't mean you will get full visa application support from our immigration advisors. This class will only provide you with a confirmation that we have everything you need to get an invitation letter from Christ Advocates Church, it is not a full visa consultation. There will be just a one time visa consultation for CLASS A REGISTRATION where you can ask all your questions with an immigration advisor.

(b) If you paid CLASS B REGISTRATION which will start from £30 and later will be £35 and finally will be £55.

This means you are going to submit what ever available documents you believe are required for your visa application either by your personal knowledge or with the help of your own private immigration advisor. or lawyer.

We will not be able to advise or support you with any professional advise with our immigration advisor.

​

(c) IF YOU NEED A FULL VISA APPLICATION SUPPORT TO TAKE YOU ALL THROUGH YOUR VISA APPLICATION AND TO ASSIST YOU COMPLETE YOUR VISA APPLICATION FORM AND UPLOAD WHATEVER DOCUMENTS IS REQUIRE TO BE UPLOADED ON ANY GOVERNMENT WEBSITE AND ALSO TO ASSIT YOU INTERPRET ALL VISA AND IMMIGRATION RULES TO ENSURE PROFESSIONALISM. YOU CAN ARRANGE A FEE WITH A RECOMMENDED IMMIGRATION ADVISOR TO GRANT YOU FULL SUPPORT WITH SOME EXTRA FEE, WHICH WILL BE NEGOTIABLE THIS THIS ADVISOR.

DEPENDING ON YOUR GEOGRAPHICAL LOCATION, THE LAW OF THE GOVERNMENT OF SUCH REGION WILL APPLY.

 

REGISTRATION FEE WITH OUR COORDINATORS AFRICA/ASIA:

If you live in a. visa required country and to be confirm your registration, you must pay a registration fee of £35 to

Bethel Travels & Careers Consulting that is if you do not require any immigration advise for your visa process from our immigration advisor’s partners. But if you require your visa documents to be verified by our coordinators you should pay or £55.

IF YOU NEED FULL VISA APPLICATION SUPPORT, THIS MAY BE DISCUSSED OR NEGOTIATED WITH YOUR HOME COUNTRY COORDINATORS AND RECOMMENDED VISA/IMMIGRATION CONSULTANT.

If you live in a country that does not require a visa to travel to a country you want to attend this conference

You must pay £100 to confirm your registration if you are a citizen of a visa required country travel to a country to attend a conference.

And you should pay £50 if you are a citizen of a non-visa required country.

 

Payment of £100 for visa required citizen does not mean you have paid for visa application assistance. You may be directed to a visa/immigration consultant to assist you with your visa application if you need it. And you can equally find one yourself.

for SONSHEEP CONFERENCE 2025/2026 are all non-refundable as soon as they are paid either into our bank account or through any of our websites. Under no circumstances will it be refundable. THEY ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.​

PAYING YOUR REGISTRATION FEE TO ENABLE US CARRY OUT VERIFICATION UNBEAHLF OF CHRIST ADVOCATES CHURCH DOES NOT GUARANTEE SECURING A SPACE OR GUARANTEE REQUESTING OR OBTAINING AN INVITATION LETTER FROM OUR CLIENT CHRIST ADVOCATES CHURCH. THERE ARE MANY FACTORS WE LOOK AT AS CRITERIAL TO COME OF WITH A STRONG RECOMMENDATION THAT WE GIVE TO THE CHURCH TO SECURE YOU. ASPACE. AND IF WE ARE UNABLE TO SECURE AN ATTENDEE A SPACE, THERE WILL BE NO REFUND OR A REGISTRATION FEE PAID TO US BY A POTENTIAL ATTENDEE WHO REGISTERED FOR A SONSHEEP CONFERENCE.

REFUND FOR REGISTRATION FEE:

Ordinarily there is no fund for a registration fee that has been paid to us.

1-Your registration fee(s)

2-Your hotel accommodation

3-Your flight tickets

4-Your transportation during your trip

5-Your meals during your trip

6-Required documents for your visa application

And if you need full support for visa continuous advice for your visa and travels, that they would negotiable with an advisor

 

You can pay this fee in your home country currency equivalent to the amount in pounds.

You will also proof that you can sponsor your trip, or you have a sponsor who can sponsor your trip.

 

The conference coordinator BETHEL DIGITECH LIMITED and/or Bethel Travels & Careers consulting or the Church conference organiser Christ Advocates Church do not guarantee a visa for this conference to any of the countries where these conferences are to be organised. The country’s embassy or consular/visa section has sole discretion for decision on visa and visa application. We do not also interfare for visa application with any embassy.

BETHEL DIGITECH LIMITED and/or Bethel Travels & Careers consulting or Christ Advocates Church or church staffs or leaders does not have anything to do with visa approvals or decision . This mean visa is not guaranteed. All applicant/potential attendees must be aware that visa decision are solely at the discretion of the particular country's embassies and or consulates as applicable.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

These dates may changed for some unforeseen circumstances or rescheduled. If this happens, potential attendees and delegates will be informed on reschedule and/or rescheduling plan(s). This does not mean that a registration fee(s) that was paid to approved coordinators will be refunded. Registration fees that has been paid to our approved coordinators is not refunded.​

REGISTRATION IS PER APPLICATION:

Registration confirmation fee that has been done either by committing with a payment or completing a registration form filled either on Christ Advocates Church website or on any of our approved coordinators website is a single registration,

and this registration is not transferable. 

​

This means it is not a family registration including any fees which has been paid to an approved coordinator is for you alone and is not transferable. This trip for our conference is not a family trip. It can only become a family trip for you if your family members also register separately. If you want to include your family member for example your spouse or children etc. They must complete a separate registration form, and they will also pay a separate registration confirmation fee to an approved coordinator as applicable either through their website or their bank account as applicable.

The stipulated registration fee(s) as announced on our coordinators websites are for adults. If you want to include your children, children's fee(s) should be discussed with a relevant coordinator depending on your region.

CANCELLATION OF PARTICIPATION BY BETHEL DIGITECH LIMITED T/A Bethel Travels & Career Consulting

OR WITHDRAWAL BY A POTENTIAL ATTENDEE AND REFUND POLICY.

​

Bethel Digitech Limited T/A Bethel Travels & Career Consulting reserve the right to cancel a registration or travel process of any potential attendee for a reason or for no reason, no matter what level or how far the registration or travel plan process has gone. This will mostly happen if there is a suspicious activity around such attendee's motive for wanting to attend Sonsheep Conference 2025/2026 or if there has been any attempt or activities of mis-conduct or there has been any suspicion of misrepresentation, impersonation or suspicious of an attendee or if an attendee is suspected to have been a spy on Bethel Digitech Limited/Bethel Travels & Career Consulting or Christ Advocates Church.

On this note, Bethel Digitech Limited/Bethel Travels & Career Consulting may cancels a travel arrangement process of a potential attendee. And such attendee will be informed about this cancellation by email and a 50% of their participation fee of either £1500 or £2000 for UK & North America depending on the country of conference may be refunded on this basis, if an attendee has already paid their participation fee before this cancellation

REFUND DURATION:

Such refund will be processed for such individual within 90days, counting from the day of cancellation .This refund will be processed back to the same bank card that was used to make the payment to our  bank account or website, or to a bank account provided by this attendee will be used to process such refund. 

​

But, if a potential attendee is the one who cancels their registration for any reason, there will be no refund.

​

Updates

We will continue to update this terms and condition, policies. And all updated terms and condition on this site and updated policies shall apply to all potential attendees who register and who make enquiry(s), including previous/old, new, ongoing, future potential attendees, local and overseas applicants.

ATTENDEE STATEMENT OF PURPOSE:

Every potential attendees will make a statement of purpose (SOP) demonstrating why we should include you among attendees of SONSHEEP CONFERENCE. This statement will be inform of a selfie video and in some cases addition video will be requested/required to verify the skill of an attendees. After all documents and SOP video etc has been received. We will pass them on to Christ Advocates Church Leadership for assessment. And Christ Advocates Church has sole desecration to confirm an individual as an attendees or not. If The Church leadership is not convinced enough that an individual has a genuine intention to attend this conference, AN INDIVIDUAL WHO DID NOT PASS FINAL ASSESSMENT WILL BE DISAPPROVED TO continue their process to attend Sonsheep conference and such attendee will be informed by this email (info@btcctravels.com). And such attendee may try again another time. ONLY WHEN AN ATTENDEE IS CONFIRMED TO ATTEND AFTER SUCCESSFUL FINAL ASSESSMENT, THAT Christ Advocates Church will include such confirmed attendee on the INVITATION LETTER that should be use to add to thier visa application documents. And if an a potential attendee sis not pass the final assessment there will be no refund of their registration fee that has been paid to Bethel Digitech Limited T/A Bethel Travels & Careers Consulting.

It’s no obligation to book with £1,500 to secure your space. Paying the total amount of £1,500 when requested by our team during your verification process simply means that you are pre-purchasing the items on the above list 4,5,6. This should be paid to Bethel Digitech Limited bank account or use a payment link sent by us before when ever it is requested.

 

Conversion rate of pounds sterling must be observed on the day on payment depending on your country.

​

In their to fund your Sonsheep trip. You will be looking at approximately a total of up to £3500:

And after you have paid to purchase your material in No, 4,5, & 6 at £1,500 of the above list. You will be left to have a balance of approximately £2,000 pounds. This should be saved to fund your flight tickets, hotel accommodation, local transport, depending on your country of residence and role this estimated amount could be more.

 

After a successful verification of requested documents of an attendee, number 4,5,6 on the above list will be requested and should be paid to BTCC - BETHEL TRAVELS & CAREER CONSULTING (BETHEL DIGITECH LIMITED) bank account to seek to secure their slot. In some cases, an attendee could handle the spending of the remaining items on the list from No.1, 2 & 3. By themselves.

 

But, in most cases BTCC TEAM will be given the power to handle the spending of No.1,2&3 on the above list. After the payment of £1,500 for No.4,5,6 is HANDED OVER TO BTCC (Bethel Digitech Limited) through our Bank Account.

 

In some cases BTCC TRAVELS shall request the total sum paid to No, 1,2,3,4,5,6 to be paid to BTCC BANK ACCOUNT to guarantee availability of total required funds at the time of travelling if successful. And such a case if the total of £3,500 of list 1,2,3,4,5,6 is requested and paid to, BTCC TRAVELS, we will be responsible to handle all the spending of all items on the list while the attendee will provide the funds to BTCC TRAVELS BANK ACCOUNT when requested as per T&C on BTCC TRAVELS WEBSITE.

 

BTCC TRAVELS have a sole discretion to determine which category of attendee(s) should be allowed to handle some aspects of spending themselves on the list of No.1,2,3 and or list number 4,5,6. An attendees may be required to pay for items list 4,5,6 to enable request and book for their slot with the hope of having a stronger change to secure their slot with no obligation on a potential attendee to agree or to pay for these items in advance. 

 

Attendee must response to an email requesting them book for their slot by making a deposit of £1,500 as described above in an email with a maximum of 48hours of receipt of such email request to confirm if they are happy to proceed or not under these conditions and let us know if you can provide a requested sum for either to cover 4,5,6 or the entire 1,2,3,4,5,6 as applicable for your trip to Sonsheep Conference 2025/2026 as required.

 

If an attendee happens to have been approved to receive an invitation letter from the church and have a successful visa issued by an embassy as applicable, and you happened to successfully attend this conference, if you stay beyond the agreed days for this conference, you will be required to find yourself alternative accommodation and fund yourself subsequently outside of the above estimated budget which you may have provided.

 

If you are successful on this verification, you may be required to provide the total above amount or the above amount of No.4,5,6 if applicable to you, which will be secured in our company bank account and our team will be responsible to book and pay your round-trip flight tickets, hotel accommodation with breakfast only.

 

Please, note, if you provide this amount of money and there happen to be any reason for refund, even though you will pay at the rate of pound sterling at the time of payment, a refund will only be given back to you in your home country currency.

 

In a case where a visa is denied by a country’s consulate or embassy, no4 on the above list will not be refundable, rather we will give an attendee another opportunity to try a second time for the next Sonsheep Conference. And if an attendee fails a second time, we would obtain the materials on List No. 4, 5,6 and send these materials by post to an attendee. And a virtual sonsheep training will be provided to this potential attendee. 

 

And if by any means this conference is delays or do not hold, or if a visa is refused by an embassy if an attendee has paid the total amount on List 1,2,3,4,5,6. A full refund of the amount paid on list 1,2,3 shall be refunded according to our refund policy which may take up t 90days to process and such refund will be transferred to a bank account provided by an attendee.

 

VISA SUCCESS/REFUND1:

Note that payment of £1,500 on No.4,5,6 on the list as described above will not be refunded should an attendee fail to get a visa successfully. BUT ANOTHER OPPORTUNITY MAY BE GIVEN TO AN ATTENDEE TO TRY ONE OR TWO MORE TIME AS APPROVED BY BTCC AND THIS PAID AMOUNT CAN BE USED FOR THE NEXT CONFERENCE IF THEY ARE SUCCESSFUL WITH VISA  AND OR BTCC DOCUMENTATION VERIFICATION ETC..

 

REFUND 2

Please note: Even as these funds are requested from an attendee who has not received an approval email, there is no guarantee that a potential attendee will be issued an invitation letter even after they agree to provide this fund, mostly because they do not meet the requirement during document verification. If an invitation letter is not approved after an attendee paid the initial conference material purchase fee, they will not receive an approval. A disapproval email will be sent on this occasion, and only on this ground whereby a disapproval email was sent to such an attendee who had paid for participation fee and yet received a disapproval email that a full refund will be transferred to such attendee within 72 hours to an account provided by such attendee.​

REFUND 3

But if an attendee receives an email that they have been approved to be invited and that they have been listed/selected among attendees to be invited for a conference, there will be no refund of the purchase of these materials which cost £1,500.

BUT ANOTHER OPPORTUNITY MAY BE GIVEN TO AN ATTENDEE TO TRY ONE OR TWO MORE TIME AS APPROVED BY BTCC AND THIS PAID AMOUNT CAN BE USED FOR THE NEXT CONFERENCE IF THEY ARE SUCCESSFUL WITH VISA AND OR BTCC DOCUMENTATION VERIFICATION ETC..

 

NO REFUND 4

If an attendee change their mind to not attend this conference, this amount will not be refunded, we can make alternative measure to provide any training that was or would have been provided at the in-person conference. This meeting or training would be provided remotely/virtually and all physical materials due like books, costumes will be posted to such attendee when available through an address provided by an attendee.

 

NO REFUND 5

And if there is a change of date, or delay on this conference dates, this said amount of £1,500  or £2000 paid for conference participation and the purchase of conference materials will still not be refunded, but opportunity will be given for an attendee to join on a new date as applicable within this agreement.

Sonsheep attendees from our client (Christ Advocates Church members)

We have a special arrangement with our client Christ Advocates Church that any member of Christ Advocate Church who have been specially recommended by the church may have certain benefits which may be provided due to some service been paid for by our client The Church (Christ Advocates Church) depending of the level of recommendation. For example if a member of Christ Advocates Church is an active member, non active ,member or semi-active member. They may be able to be registered for Sonsheep without 1. A registration fee, 2. Free Travel or visa consultation by our Legal team  (immigration lawyers) or our visa consultant(s), for a limited number of times as approved and paid for by the church to our management.. 

Otherwise, every other part of this agreement is fully binding to all members of Christ Advocates Church who have registered for Sonsheep just like any other potential attendee. 

​

TRANSFERRING FUND FOR ANOTHER SERVICE.

Funds paid for a type of service cannot be transferred to be used for another service. For example. Funds paid for Sonsheep registration of participation fee etc. cannot be transferred to be used for another service within or outside Bethel Travels. A discretionary measured may be applied if a client or attendee request such transfer of funds for a or to another service, only if BETHEL TRAVELS approve this. And this cannot be under any oblation for us to approve such, even though it can be discussed.

NO AGENT OUTSIDE BETHEL DIGITECH LIMITED and/or Bethel Travels & Careers consulting

The church does not work with a third party or any agent outside BETHEL DIGITECH LIMITED and/or Bethel Travels & Careers consulting. If any one has used the help of an agent to process an application/registration, we are not aware and we will deal with a potential attendees directly and not with an agent. Any loss or anything that may occur between an applicant/potential attendee(s) dealing with an agent, is not anything we can help with and Christ Advocates Church or

BETHEL DIGITECH LIMITED and/or Bethel Travels & Careers consulting will not be liable for such loss.

Law region Europe

Any one who has applied or registered to attend Sonsheep Conference who resides within, UK, EU, CANADA, AUSTRALIA, AMERICA, ISRAEL will all be subject to the laws of United Kingdom. And what ever disputes that occurs regarding this conference application or registration shall be between a potential attendee and Bethel Digitech Limited, London UK.

Any such dispute must only be treated and resolved by A court of law in the United Kingdom.

Law region Africa

Any one who has applied or registered to attend Sonsheep Conference who resides within other countries, including Africa, Asia, Caribbean, South America and other middle east countries except Israel would be subject to the laws of The federal republic of NIGERIA. And what ever disputes that occurs regarding this conference registration or application shall be between a potential attendee who registered and BETHEL DIGITECH LIMITED, NIGERIA t/a Bethel Travel & Career Consulting no matter the dispute. And all such disputes must only be treated and resolved by A Nigerian court of law.

This agreement may be updated from time to time and all clients both present and past will be binding by any update made either as a typo, or update to suit our business and to enable us serve our clients and partners better.

REPORTING MISCONDUCT:

BETHEL DIGITECH LIMITED and/or Bethel Travels & Careers consulting or Christ Advocates Church may report any potential attendees who demonstrate unwanted behavior such as harassment, bullying, cyber bullying, cyber stalking, insults against any of our staffs, or any of our coordinators or Christ Advocates Church staffs or leaders, any form of misconduct may be reported to both local and international authorities including the Police, immigration, embassies, home office, minister of justice in UK, EU, CANADA, AMERICA, AUSTRALIA, AFRICA OR ASIA etc.

 

Registration of Confirmation of registration that is completed on Christ Advocates Church website or any approved coordinator(s) websites BETHEL DIGITECH LIMITED UK, BETHEL DIGITECH LIMITED, Nigeria T/A Bethel Travels & Careers consulting are all binding by this terms and condition according to region as written above.
