CAREER CONSULTING, SKILL WORK TRAINING & OR TRAVEL PROCESS AGREEMENT

as updated & added here this 1st day of September 2023   
 

BETHEL DIGITECH LTD, COMPANY REGISTRATION NO. 1788260 doing business in the name and style of

Bethel Travels & Career Consulting with a registered office at 54b Adeniyi Jones Avenue, Ikeja 100282, Lagos Nigeria Tel: +2348125981316. And Lagos Business Office at: Adebola House, 38 Opebi Road, Ikeja, Lagos Nigeria.

Abuja Business office at Plot 104, Emmanuel Adiele Street, Off Mike Akhigbe Way, Jabi Abuja 240102 Nigeria. Tel: +2348125981316 (hereinafter referred to as the “Travels & Career Consultant" (The Company) which expression where the context so admits shall include his heirs, successors-in-title, assigns, executors and/or administrators) of the ONE PART.

This agreement is binding both parties (The Company and Client) whether filled in by an individual principal applicant, the individual principal applicant's family member example; their spouse or child, as if filled by a principal applicant. Meaning this agreement is between The Company and The principal applicant and not their agent, should in case if any other person has introduced the principal applicant to the company. Meaning in the case whereby an agent has filled in this form un behalf of a principal applicant hereby referred to as The Client, it will still be treated that this Agreement is strictly between The Client and The company. Even in a case of a refund or a court case, an agent or agents who introduced The Principal applicant cannot be the plaintiff. Even though money might have been paid by an agent or a refund may be approved to be paid back to an agent. An agent still cannot be a plaintiff should a court case arise. An agent(s) can only be allowed to negotiate on behalf of a principal applicant before joining BTCC Training. During a refund process, it will be only at company's discretion would an agent be allowed to involve in a refund process with no obligation on the company to allow the involvement of an agent, even if money(refund) may be paid back to client through an agent.

Before a client/trainee/applicant sign up, Bethel Travels & Career Consulting would offer only one free consultation session if required. This would be a virtual video meeting to be held on Microsoft Teams. There would be no free continuous consultation for a client what so ever, unless offered at company's discretion. If a client or their agent requires further consultation, during a training process or even after training, during a disagreement or even during a refund, the client would be subject to pay for such consultation, else it will not be offered for free. Consultation fee cost is at the discretion of the company. A client and or their agent would be required to attend further meeting either virtual or in person if called upon by The company during the said skill training or travel support process. Any future enquiry must be done through email. Only at company's desecration would a client or their agent be entertain for a conversation on other apps or platform example, WhatsApp, telegram, google meet, zoom etc. This would be at the discretion of The Company management. with no obligation to do this. 

This business is in no way considered a visa process business, rather a skill acquisition training and help to gain a skilled job in a foreign country as arranged or agreed between both parties. This company (Bethel Travel & Career Consulting) would assist client in securing a job in a foreign country in a foreign company that we are not in any way affiliated to. And this skilled job would be such that it would be eligible for a skilled worker visa. With which client would be able to use this job to apply for a skilled worker visa after securing a job with a foreign company.

A client is required to provide a personal laptop or desktop and smart phone to gain any required training skill.

PLEASE NOTE: NONE OF OUR STAFFS, CONTRACTORS OR CONSULTANTS WOULD BE AVAILABLE TO HAVE A CONVERSATION WITH YOU OR TAKE A PHONE CALL OR TAKE CALL(S) OF YOUR FAMILY MEMBER, OR YOUR AGENT OR YOUR REPRESENTATIVE EVERY DAY.. WE DO OUR BEST TO ARRANGE APPOINTMENTS, (ONLY FOR RELEVANT REASON(S) FOR A MEETING IF REQUIRED. OUR COMMUNICATION WOULD ONLY BE ALLOWED THROUGH EMAIL OR MICROSOFT TEAMS AND WITH PRINCIPAL CLIENT. OR AGENT. Only at company discretion that we may communicate on other apps like WhatsApp, telegram etc. which we are not obliged  to do so.

 

WE WOULD ONLY HAVE CONVERSATIONS BASED ON OUR AVAILABILITY (TIMES) AND ON APPOINTMENT BASIS ONLY. YOU(PRINCIPAL APPLICANT/CLIENT OR AGENT WOULD HAVE TO BOOK AN APPOINTMENT PRIOR, TO SECURE A DATE & TIME. SPECIFIC DATE/TIME WILL BE APPROVED FOR ANY MEETING AT COMPANY DISCRETION.

BULLYING OR HARRASSING ANY OF OUR STAFFS, CONTRACTORS OR CONSULTANTS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTABLE AND WILL BE TAKEN VERY SERIOUSLY AND COULD RESULT IN US REPORTING THIS TO BOTH LOCAL AND INTERNATIONAL AUTHORITIES. AND A LEGAL ACTION MAY BE TAKEN.

 

WHEREAS:-     

  1. The Travel & Career Agent is a Career Consulting company and international professional work training and job application assistance provider in the following industry: IT, Software, Fintech, Cloud Solutions, banking & Finance, other financial services industry, Health Care, medical and Education. Also, work permit related Travel assistance.

  2. We render career consulting services, career Counselling, international work placement, visa application preparation and submission IS DONE BY OUR IMMIGRATION LAWER THIRD PARTY COMPANIES, and International University admission assistance, citizenship by investment assistance.

  3. The Client is desirous of retaining the services of the Travel & Career Agent and her immigration Solicitors to assist her in applying for a Health care job or IT, Software, Fintech, Cloud Solutions, banking & Finance, other financial services industry, medical and Education as applicable to an applicant/client on their application which was submitted via our website www.btcctravels.com/application. in a specific country example the United Kingdom, the Republic of Ireland,  Canada, United states of America. whichever of the above-mentioned country come through and the country Work Permit/Visa Application to be submitted Online through a relevant embassy or visa application website.

  4. The Travel & Career Agent and her immigration Solicitors has already rendered the service of assisting numerous clients in securing jobs internationally which has enabled them to gain a work permit in some of the above-mentioned countries and also applying for Undergraduate Graduate Admission at several universities.

  5. The Travel & Career Agent and her Solicitors has also agreed to prepare the Client’s Application for a job in job/industry as  selected on their application form on this website. Example Domiciliary Health care worker, mental health support worker, homeless support worker, or disability support worker, elderly support worker or childcare worker and assistance, Cloud Engineer, UI/UX Designer, Data Analyst, AML Analyst, Software Engineer etc. to first attend a work placement training which assist applicant to become internationally and globally skilled enough and to become employable in the selected country. And after training is completed, and a job is secured, also in preparing a work permit/visa by our immigration lawyers, on any of the above mentioned job secured as selected or agreed during application for the aforementioned purposes subject to the terms and conditions hereinafter appearing.

 

It is hereby agreed by parties as follows:

 

  1. CONSIDERATION: (a) In consideration of a Skilled work training including any course required to be eligible for a specific skilled job in a foreign country will be rendered by Bethel Travel & Career Consulting. (b) Skilled job search will also be offered by Bethel Travel & Career Consulting. (c) A skilled worker visa online application assistance would be offered by an appointed immigration Solicitor(s) or law firm which will only be appointed by The Company to the Client; The Client shall pay a minimum first deposit sum of 50% to 70% of a total amount agreed for the project. Only to Bethel Digitech Limited, Nigeria T/A BETHEL TRAVEL & CAREER CONSULTING the Travel & Career Consultant. A certain amount of the total payment would be shared with the immigration solicitor(s) at some point as his/their legal & professional fees for the preparation of the documents required after client have secured a job. This fee can be given to the solicitors or immigration consultant anytime. The balance of the amount paid would be shared among Bethel Travel & Career consultants and their contractors which would be considered professional and consultants fees for this project. for client to acquire Skilled work training & skilled job search 7 a skilled job in a foreign country. All training and courses would be provided virtually whether its a training from a 3rd party platform or The Company sister company platform. Any payment to be paid would be negotiated as individual requirement defers as it will depend on work to be put in and the amount would be discussed before any first deposit is made. 

  2. After a skilled career training has been given by The company, and a sponsorship job secured in a foreign country for the client, a process which would last between 4 months to maximum of 6 Months. A balance would be paid for example a balance of either 30% to 50% would be paid to Bethel Digitech Limited Nigeria T/A Bethel Travel & Career Consulting before a client is handed over to a an immigration consultant or A solicitor to assist them with their skilled worker visa process using the sponsorship job that has been secured. Only at The company approved Solicitors or our company authorized immigration consultant would be allowed to carry out a work visa process for the Client. This application would be online Service rendered to the Client. The client shall pay additional fees for any other documents such as visa fee(s) the preparation of Deed of Gifts, Affidavit of any Purpose, Affidavit of Financial Support and any other documents required at or after the time of submission of the Application which said fees shall be communicated to the Client.

  3. Client/Trainee/Applicant must have a laptop or desktop , smart phone with minimum of 4G internet connection, preferably wifi (Broadband) to enable them carry out their training appropriately. In a case whereby client does not have a laptop or desk top, it would be at their own risk that they are unable to complete their training as required.

 

   THIS AGREEMENT IS FULLY BINDING PROVIDED PAYMENT IS MADE OR TRAINING HAS COMMENCED

      Any applicant/candidate who have commenced training or made a part payment or full payment for any of our                    service is automatically bound by this entire agreement even if they have not completed any form on our website.              Business and dispute settling with such individuals will be treated as though they have completed an application or            registration form on our website.

  1. MODE OF PAYMENT: A Btcc Travels client must pay any amount agreed during a verbal or email negotiation, for example; they will first deposit of the sum of any agreed amount, 50% or 70% etc. percentage as agreed before payment is made in pounds sterling. rate. Payment could be in any currency, but must be in pounds sterling current rate as at the time of payment. In case of a refund in the future; refund will only be made in the same currency that money was paid and not in pounds sterling or pound sterling rate. Refund must be at the exact currency and the exact amount/money due or that was paid. Currency rate will not be considered at the time of refund. FOR EXAMPLE. IF A CLIENT PAID 5000 POUND AND THE TOTAL MONEY THAT WAS PAID WAS 10 MILLION NAIRA. IF A REFUND OF 2MILLION NAIRA IS DUE, AS A PERCENTAGE OF A DUE REFUND, ONLY 2MILLION NAIRA WILL BE REFUNDED. There would be no FX currency conversation considered.

  2. CANCELLATION POLICY: If a client wants to cancel this agreement, they can do so within the first 15days of the commencement of this agreement. And there must be no training commenced for a full or any refund to be approved. if a client cancels this agreement within the first 15days that this agreement has commenced, and if training has already started, even if it is still within the first 15days of this agreement, 50% of the initial deposit will not be refunded. Only if there has been no training at all within the first 15days of this contract, then a full refund will be approved and REFUND POLICY & REFUND POLICY DURATION MUST STILL APPLY AS WRITTEN BELOW FOR ANY APPROVED REFUND WHICH WILL ONLY BE PROCESSED AFTER 90DAYS OF A CANCELLATION BY CLEINT50% refund of initial deposit will be refunded/approved for refund only if a client cancel during training and training must not be competed for a 50% to be approved. (Full refund policy & refund duration must still apply) That is if client have started training before a cancellation by client. Only a refund or a percentage that is due to a client would be approved AS STATED ABOVE. 

  3. If a client cancel after training has been successfully completed but no job search process have commenced, There would be no refund of any amount of the total initial deposit. Meaning total initial deposit would not be due and will not be approved for refund.

  4. Also, if a client cancel after or during when job search has commenced, or when interview have been arranged or secured for client with potential employer in a foreign country, there would also be no refund of the total initial amount paid. 

  5. If the client cancelled after training have been successfully completed (a) client would not be given any refund of any initial payment and (b) client will still be liable to pay extra of a 30% of the outstanding balance to enable us process, all their certification. And CV. All certification due if any would only be handed to client after this 30% is paid to company.

  6. If client DID NOT CANCEL AND CONTNUE with this agreement even after a training is completed, the remaining balance PAYMENT will be DUE to be paid to the company immediately a job interview have been secured for the client or when a job is secured for client, or when a visa consultant is introduced to client as initial agreed before commencing this project. One among the above options will be applied at company discretion.

  7. The final Balance will be due and is to be paid before or after the final execution of this agreement i.e. after a Work permit/Visa has been issued by an embassy/consular of a country, as coordinated by our immigration solicitors or immigration consultant in Nigeria or before an immigration consultant is introduced to the client, or as soon as an interviewed is secured or as soon as a job is secured. This would depends on company discretion when a final balanced will be paid among the 3 options above, and this will be communicated to client before agreement commence either verbally, by email or on a video meeting, and only if client has agreed will client will training and other services commence.

  1. TRAINING DURATION AND JOB SEARCH DURATION: Principal Applicant must specify if any dependent will be added in their application during when they are filling their application form on our website. Or if they have any dependent who would not be initially added on their application, this must also be reported to us before we commence. From the date that the first deposit is made, the client being the principal applicant will be required to start skill work training on a skill that is related to the job they have desired as applied on our website. The client would inform the company on their nearest available date to commence training. This training will be supervised by The company, Travel & Career Consultant. This TRAINING WOULD LAST FOR A MINIMUM OF 90day and Job search, to search a new job  in a foreign country in relations with the new-skills acquired, including to arrange job interview. This would last for another 90days (3months) making a total of 180 days PROJECT COUNTING FROM  FROM REGISTRATION DATE. Registration date begins from the date a first deposit is made.

  1. The second or final balance must be paid to a given bank account immediately requested by The company, Travel & Career Consultant, this may be requested as soon as a first job interview has been secured by the Travel & career Consultant, from the client. If the second or final deposit requested is not paid immediately requested, the client risk loosing the entire total first 50% or 70% initial deposit as the case and if the company decides to cancel as a result of client is unable to pay the outstanding balance on this agreement, THERE WOULD BE NO REFUND OF ANY AMOUNT OF INITIAL DEPOSIT WHAT SOEVER, AND CLIENT WOULD BE LIABLE TO PAY A CANCELLATION FEE OF FURTHER/ANOTHER 30% OF THE REMAINING BALANCE.  

  2. AS SOON AS THE TOTAL AMOUNT AGREED FOR THIS PROGRAM WHETHER THIS AGREEMENT ENDS AFTER A VISA WAS ISSUED OR BEFORE A JOB SEARCH, AS SOON AS ALL PAYMENT OR REFUND ARRANGEMENT IS SETTLED AND THERE IS NO MAONY OWED TO THE COMAPANY, ANY CERTIFICATION AND CV THAT WAS FIXED WOULD BE HANDED OVER TO CLEINT ONLY AFTER A CANCELLATION FEE IS PAID.

  3. OBVIOUSLY THE FIRST 50% OR 70% PAID WOULD BE CONSIDERED TRAINING FEES/WORK PLACEMENT FEES AS THERE WOULD BE NO REFUND OF ANY INITIAL PAYMENT IF APPLICANT FAILS TO MEET UP WITH second PAYMENT on the date that it has been requested. if client does not pay an addition of 30% of outstanding balance if client fail to complete payment of total amount agreed for the entire project. The new CV made for client and certifications of any courses done by client would not be released until the 30% of the remaining balance is paid to the company.

  4. If client cancel this agreement after they have gained and completed all the required skills as directed by The company and if client decide to cancel and not continue to allow the company to provide them with an immigration lawyer/solicitor or an immigration consultant. There would be no refund of any initial deposit paid. Rather the client would still have to pay extra 30% of the outstanding balance.

  5. From the date a training has been completed or that a job interview has been secured/arranged with a potential employer, by the Travel & Career Consultant the entire total first deposit becomes Non-Refundable, and shall be considered Both Work placement or skill training fees, or Legal Agreement fee as the case may be and Travel & Career consultation fees.

  1. Job interview would only be arranged after skill training is completed by client. Once a work interview has been arranged, principal applicant would be available for this interview virtually. Principal applicant must make themselves available for this interview. And if Principal applicant/client refuses to show up for a job interview, and if their inability to show up result in the loss of this job interview, it shall result in a non-refund of any deposit made and this application and process may be cancelled without any liability on The Travel & Career Consultant.

  2. A client/applicant (principal applicant) cannot determine how many defendant(s) would be on their applicant. Only the company Bethel Travels & Career Consulting would determine how many dependants would be on their application even before client starts their work placement or work experience or course training. More also, it must be agreed upon how many dependants will be added to a client's application before any initial payment will be made.

  3. EXTRA PRACTICAL WORK EXPERIENCE:- Work placement training that is given by BTCC TRAVELS & CAREER CONSULTING is not a practical work experience. This training and support client to get an international skills or employability or a job and this will be strictly online courses and support provided by BTCC and or third party companies websites. These websites courses/training providers would be respectively based in the UK or iRELAND or North America etc.. BTCC Travels & Career Consulting would also give a trainee guildlines on how to attend a successful interview. If at any point a practical healthcare work experience or practical training would be offered to a trainee, if a trainee does not have any previous healthcare, education, IT, Software or Fintech or a relevant work experience that has been signed up for, at all and have been requested or desired by a trainee or we at BTCC believes that  it is necessary for a trainee to acquire this practical training, to be more employable within the international IT industry, Fintech, Software, healthcare industry, or education industry etc. just to boost their CV, skills and added professionalism, this practical training skills may be offered on a special arrangement outside this agreement.

REFUND POLICY:

  1. IF A REFUND IS DUE AT ANY POINT OF THIS AGREEMENT, SUCH REFUND WILL ONLY BE PROCESSED AFTER 90DAYS OF A CONTRACT OR AGREEMENT TERMINATION AND THIS REFUND PROCESS WOULD TAKE ATLEAST 15 WORKING DAYS ONLY AFTER THE FIRST 90DAYS IS COMPLETED. Termination of agreement/contract could be that client pulled out of agreement or the company/agent (Bethel travels & Career Consulting/Bethel Digitech Limited cancel or terminates the agreement/contract for client's bad behavior, misconduct or any other unexplainable reasons BY COMPANY or, if Bethel Digitech Limited, the Travel & Career Consultant is unable to provide a job interview after120 days or after job skill training is completed, which ever one comes first. Job/skilled training would last at least 90days to be completed and must be completed before job search assistance starts. ONLY IF THE COMPANY (Bethel travels & Career Consulting/Bethel Digitech Limited terminates this agreement for any of the above reasons, a 50% of initial deposit would be refunded to client according to the above. BUT, IF A CLIENT CANCELS/ PULL OUT OF THIS AGREEMENT for any reason, there would be no refund of any initial amount paid that will be returned to client, especially if training has already started. But if training has not commenced at all as stated above in the cancellation policy before a cancellation by client or the company, the full first Deposit would be refunded to client within 30days of termination. 

  2. If training has been completed and client is unable to pass job interview that has been provided by the company/agent after 3 attempt, the total of all initial deposit(s) would NOT be refunded. But if clients decides to pull out of this agreement as a result of the Travel & Career Agent unable to secure a job after 120days time frame, 50% of initial deposit would be refunded and other part of 50% would be considered training fees and consultation fees. The client can choose to give more time to the Travel & Career Agent to source for a job for them for this agreement to continue.

  1. 50% of the total sum deposit paid would not be refunded and would be considered Training & Consulting Fee that has been used to pay for Trainers IF TRAINING WAS SUCCESSFULY COMPLETED BUT COMPANY IS UNABLE TO SECURED A JOB FOR CLEINT. THE 50% that would be deducted in this case would be considered fees for training & coordination of courses etc. that has been given to client. All Training certificates from any third party websites where courses was done would be provided and handed over to client through email after completion of  such whether a job was secured or not, provided training was completed in this agreement either after visa has been issued or if contract ends without securing a job. Whichever one comes first. All certificates and visa fees would be paid by clients and would not be deducted from any money paid to The Travel & career agent (Bethel travels & Career Consulting/Bethel Digitech Limited

  2. MORE ON REFUND POLICY:

  3. A trainee/applicant does not have the right to download their certificate on any website where training is carried out until all agreements are carried out and task fulfilled by the company and all payments must be cleared as requested by company and both parties must be in agreement before a client/applicant/trainee is allowed to download any certificate. There must be approval by Bethel Travels & Career Consulting through the following email info@btcctravels.com and confirmed by our management. If a client/applicant/trainee downloads any certificate without permission it would be a breach of this agreement. 

  4. Should there be an arrangement for a trainee or an applicant to cancel this agreement before the end of their training, if there would be any refund due and if approved by company. Such refund can only be paid not earlier than 90days from the date of cancellation as stated in our refund policy above.

  5. And there may be cancellation fee 50% of initial or final payment made. Depending on the stage which cancellation occurred, the company at her discretion may request more than 50% deducted from initial deposit if client cancels before training is competed. If this cancellation is done within the first 15days of sign up. If there has been no training/course completed, full refund of deposit paid would be refunded within 30days. But if this agreement has gone beyond 15days and training have commenced, even if no training/courses has been completed, there would be a cancellation fee of 50% or more of initial  amount deposited. But, if some training have been carried out within the first 15days of sign up, and if a cancellation is initiated by Trainee/Client/Applicant or their agent a cancellation fee of 50% or more of total initial deposit would deducted as stated above in our cancellation policy. There may be no refund due to applicant/trainee at all in some cases as stated above in our cancellation and refund policy above.

  6. Any payment due on this contract, both 50% initial deposit, or final balance or additional 30% cancellation fee or any other fees etc. on this contract can be paid directing to our company account in Nigeria, or to an approved or authorized person with the company of BTCC or Bethel Digitech in Nigeria or our sister company career consulting in UK or Ireland. Bethel Digitech UK T/A Bethel Careers or Bethel Digital Technologies (T/A) Bethel Careers in Ireland depending on the country of interest.

  7.  Client must provide a bank account which would be used in case if a refund would occur in the future.

  8. The initial deposit or balance payment is to be paid to Bethel Digitech Limited Nigeria T/A Bethel Travels & Career Consulting as this payment would be distributed between Bethel Digitech Nigeria, our contractors etc. and our partner Law firm Immigration Consultants etc. here in Nigeria. Hence the balance must be paid to Bethel Digitech Nigeria, a Bank Account based in Nigeria.

  9. In some cases, the initial deposit amount and both the first 50% and the balance of 50% or any other future fees can be paid to Bethel Digitech Nigeria, and Bethel Digitech Nigeria would pay Bethel Digitech UK T/A Bethel careers UK or Bethel Digital Technologies (T/A) Bethel Careers in Ireland depending on your country of interest to gain a skill or to consult for Bethel Travel & Career Consulting in Nigeria, to enable a global standard quality of training, consulting or service etc.

  10. Even if money was paid into a personal account of our company staff, director or any authorised person or agent of the company, home in Nigeria or abroad in any European country, it would still be considered THAT YOU HAVE PAID THIS MONEY TO BETHEL DIGITECH LIMITED IN NIGERIA T/A BETHEL TRAVELS AND CAREER CONSULTING. PAYING INTO THE BANK ACCOUNT OF A STAFF, DIRECTOR OR AUTHORIZED AGENT DOES NOT CHANGE YOUR AGREEMENT TO BE an individual person, such person would not be personally responsible and will not bear any form of business or legal liability or liabilities of the company and would not be personally liable for the company's business or responsibility. In such case or cases, this agreement will still be fully and strictly considered only binding between The client/principal applicant and The company for any transaction, whether good or bad, for receiving such payment, by SUCH A  PERSON WHO HAVE RECEIVED THE PAYMENT ON BEHALF OF THE COMPANY.

  11. A client or agent must be very careful to carry out issues of payment directly with the company of the company or the company authorised person(s) behalf of the company to avoid been a victim of illegal individuals or illegal entities. The above statement would only be valid to have dealth with a company authorised person if there is a communication between client and the authorised person either through our company email: info@btcctravels.com or a company phone number to be verified among phone numbers on our website or identifying this authorised person as part of the company genuinely and have communicate with them through a safe contact well reconised even if not on this website example, company Director. through an app example WhatsApp. (Bethel travels & Career Consulting/Bethel Digitech Limited will not be responsible for any loss if you have paid to a wrong person. It is the responsibility of a client to do their Due Delegence to ensure an authorised person is actually currently and genuinely connected and authorised by the company to receive funds on behalf of the company. Every transaction regarding this agreement would be treated as civil matter unless other unlawful issues arises along the line.

  12. During a cooling period for refund, the company will no longer be under any obligation to communicate further with client through any means, until any due refund is due. When a refund duration comes to end, a client or and their agent if applicable will be informed by email to confirm that their due refund has been received.

  13. PAUSING OF CONTRACT: If a client by themselves or through their agent withdraw this agreement or if BTCC company withdrew this agreement for any reason. Obviously, our refund policy procedure will be triggered accordingly without any reservation. And if a client by themselves or through their agent after a conversation with us request that this agreement/contract to continue, there would be an email conversation to proof who is requesting the contract/agreement to continue. And until an email is sent by BTCC to the client/agent before the contract can be resumed. Resumption of an existing agreement which has originally commenced on the date of first deposit does not  make it a new agreement. Any duration of time that has been used to withhold this contract during a time it was withdrawn or cancelled will not be counted among a new refund cooling duration, but will be counted for training purpose. A previous or incomplete training will be treated as a continuation. Meaning if a refund is requested again after a contract resumption is requested and approved through an email. And if a Refund or cancellation of this contract is requested again by client or their agent at anytime. Refund policy will resume afresh. Refund policy and refund duration policy will be triggered afresh and a full 90days refund cooling period plus 15days process time will be triggered afresh. Only training period of previous training, job search or interview arrangement period will be considered a continuation of this agreement if there has been a continuation approval. But for any future cancellation by client refund duration will start afresh. For example. If the contract has ran for 2months and remining 4months to complete, and if the contract remains 4months and the contract was withdrawn for one month before resumption. The one-month duration of pausing this contract will not be counted among this contract after a new resumption. And when considering a refund policy duration, if the contract resumes, only the remaining 4 months will be counted among the contract duration for training, job search and interview. But for refund policy and refund policy duration it will start all over again if client cancel again.

  14. And if in the future there be a new disagreement between company and client/agent after a resumption of this contact and if this contract is withdrawn again a second time etc., the cooling period of 90days waiting for refund policy would start all over again. There would be no adding of any previous cooling period on a new cooling/waiting period for a refund to be processed. Cooling period means a refund process period.

 

 

SERVICE TO BE PROVIDED BY THE TRAVEL & CAREER CONSULTANTS:

 

  1. To assess the Client’s eligibility and prospects based on documents provided by the Client.

  2. To review the Client’s documents, CV, certificates and recommend the best skill training required by employers in the foreign country which the client have chosen to desire to gain a skill/job.

  3. To give client appropriate training to  gaining relevant skills required for this international skilled worker job. Client gain profession skills as required by employer in a foreign country, and to apply for a skilled job and give relevant job search and interview prep and support each stage of the job application

  4. To provide and recommend the best immigration consultant or lawyer who would render the service of filling of a Skilled worker Visa online Application Form, cross checking of all required documents that has been provided by clients and clients new employer in a foreign country, and submit same online. Same immigration consultant would render the service of prepare advice on all required visa documents as per the requirements of the Law.

 

  1. To use his/her professional expertise, knowledge, and experience to prepare and advise the Client on the suitable options available to him/her to enhance his chances of been employed by a potential employer and obtaining a skilled job that is classified by a foreign country eligible enough to apply for worker Visa with a job.

 

  1. To create a Gmail Account specially designated for the purpose of correspondence in this job application and preparation and filling of the UK or Irish skilled worker Permit/Visa online Application and to furnish the Client with the Login details which said login details have been already furnished and communicated to the client and the client hereby acknowledges. Provided that the Client shall be at liberty to take over the ownership of the said Gmail Account upon full payment of the professional fees as stated above and after the Visa Decision is made.  

 

  1. A designated address shall be provided by the Travel & Career Agent  for this application to prevent client any disappointment from client after Visa has been issued and to avoid balance payment disappointment.

 

  1. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CLIENT:

  1. To provide all necessary documents/papers/evidence example CV, graduate cert, etc. that guides our expertise to provide necessary training required for client to apply and secure a skilled job.

  2. To sign all forms and documents, fill in application form on our website and submit.

  3. To provide only genuine and legal documents required to apply for the University Admission and to prepare the foreign country Study Permit/Visa. where applicable.

  4. To be personally liable for genuineness and authenticity of all the documents provided in furtherance to the Client’s potential employer or  and Visa Application with our immigration consultants.

  5. To pay the cost of Visa/Permit/Visa Fee, Biometric Fee, Courier Fees and any other fee or expenses incidental to the work Permit/Visa Application process separately and directly to the relevant authorities which is different from the aforementioned professional fee.

  6. To personally attend interview or Biometric appointment at the High Commission or Embassy of United Kingdom., Ireland or of Canada, Lagos, Nigeria or VFS Global Visa Application Center, Lagos or Abuja, Nigeria for interview or Biometric appointment and/or to promptly submit his/her International Passport upon approval of application subject to the decision of the Embassy or High Commission of Britain, Ireland or Canada as applicable.  

  7. The Client hereby undertakes to provide the following documents/evidence: CV, University certification, Valid International Passport, Digital Passport, and to provide Academic results, Education Credential Assessments, Transcripts, Deeds, Land Documents, Company Documents, Bank Statement(s) or Proof of Funds, Travel Insurance and any other document or forms that may be required by the potential employer of the embassy as applicable. Permit/Visa Application.

 

  1. MICELLANOUES:

 

  1. Our service is originally a career consulting service rather than just a visa agency service. Many people mistake an International career consulting company like ours for a visa travel agent. Even though the end point of both is to obtain an international travel document, there is still a huge different between our service and a travel agent. In the case of a company like Bethel Travel & Career consulting. We are first a Career Consulting company for the purpose of assisting individual to gain international standard of skilled training  while still in their home country such that enables them get a skilled job as categories by most countries in Europe and North America countries, and this skills makes them become employable in professional sectors in the western world rather than migrating as a low skilled individual as many did and found it difficult to be professionally employable in countries such as UK, Ireland, Canada, America Australia Switzerland etc. Only when a client is interested in gaining such a professional skill that we consider them eligible to access our service. People who's primary agenda is to migrate without the intention of becoming a skilled worker, may not be eligible to access our service. If we discover such intention even if such person has been boarding, we may terminate such contract. Only in the case of Citizenship by investment that we can reconsider such individual to access our service as there is a different approach to the documents required for such and we would have a type of immigration solicitors as our partners to assist such clients requesting citizenship by investment. 

  2. Professional fees paid to the Bethel Travels & Career Consulting through the Company or company website, bank account(s) under this agreement for any of the services mentioned in this agreement are non-refundable. Though in some cases Company may approve refund only at company discretion under no obligation. The Travel & Career Agent operates on a fixed fee billing system. Therefore, once each ‘Payment’ is made, the fee(s) made become non-refundable irrespective of the outcome of the job search  support rendered by our career team or Visa Application arranged by our solicitors. provided that the Travel & Career Agent may render service to the client for a reapplication (not more than twice) if the client so desires where the potential employers or Embassy or High Commission refuses to issue the said work Visa Application to the client; such reapplication will not attract additional cost provided it is done by the Client not later than 90 days from the date of the Visa decision by the Government of Britain, Ireland or Canada etc as applicable. PROVIDED also that the Travel & Career consultant reserves the sole discretion whether or not to carry on the reapplication and his decision not to reapply shall not amount to a breach of this agreement.

  3. The Fee paid or payable is specifically tied to the aforementioned service(s) in this agreement. Therefore, any other job or Visa Service such as appeal, reapplication other than the situation mentioned above to British Embassy, Irish Embassy or Canada Embassy, Abuja or the High Commission of Canada, Lagos or any other Embassy or Consulate of any other Country shall attract another fee subject to the billing schedule of the Travel & Career Agent.

  4. It is prohibited for a client/trainee to share any training information, training platforms whether internal or third-party platforms or web sites or web tools, professional or official or information that is been shared with a client/trainee. This would be considered a breach of this contract, data privacy breach and a legal action may be taken against a client regarding this. his is not allowed. A trainee/client must keep all company information, data and training information within BTCC Company platform.

  5. The Fee paid or payable is specifically tied to the aforementioned service(s) in this agreement. Therefore, any other job or Visa Service such as appeal, reapplication other than the situation mentioned above to British Embassy, Irish Embassy or Canada Embassy, Abuja or the High Commission of Canada, Lagos or any other Embassy or Consulate of any other Country shall attract another fee subject to the billing schedule of the Travel & Career consultant.

  6. The Client acknowledges that the Travel & Career Agent reserves the right to rescind and revoke this Agreement and to close the Client’s file at any time if the information or documents provided by the Client in furtherance to the job application or work Permit/Visa Application is found to be false/untruthful/misleading or where the Client is unable to provide the required documents within a period of Three (3) Calendar months commencing from the date and year first above written and same shall be done without recourse to the Client.

  7. The Client may also rescind this agreement but understands that fees payable are non-refundable under any circumstance. Unless otherwise has stated above.

  8. This agreement shall be determined immediately the service of the Travel & Career consultant is rendered and the professional fees fully paid as provided under this agreement.

  9. The Client acknowledges that the The Travel & Career consultant does not present himself to be a representative or agent of any potential employer or an employer in a foreign country, the British Embassy, Irish Embassy, Canada Embassy, Abuja, High Commission of Canada, Lagos or any other Embassy or foreign Government or of University of Prince Edward Island, Canada. The final decision in relation to employment or visa issuance of the employer and or British Embassy, Irish Embassy or any other foreign employer or embassy.

  10. Visa application and work Visa or processing time of the application is solely within the powers and discretion of the Government of the country as applicable, example British Embassy, Canada, USA or Irish through their Embassy or High commission and the employer as same cannot be influenced by the The Travel & Career Agent or any individual and the The Travel & Career Agent or our Solicitors shall not be liable for the outcome of either application in any way.

  11. By submitting an application form on our website means this agreement has been signed and the Client acknowledges that he/she has read this agreement and understands all the terms and clauses of the agreement and have sought the opinion of a third party or legal expert in respect of the matters concerned herein.

  12. This agreement shall be legally binding and valid after execution by both parties mentioned above. It consists of two counterpart as signed by checking the box below the application form on this website and by submitting the form you agree fully to the terms and condition.

  13. The client is under duty to provide the Agency & Solicitor with the details of the outcome of the Visa Application not later than 24hours of the client becoming aware by furnishing the Solicitor with the original copy of his International Passport and other required document(s) for sighting.

  14. Bethel Travel & Career Consulting is currently been registered as a separate company and would become a totally separate entity from Bethel Digitech Limited, Nigeria. This means that every and all liability of Bethel Digitech Limited, Nigeria T/A Bethel Travels & Career Consulting will be fully transferred to Bethel Travels & Career Consulting Limited www.btcctravesl.com as soon as CAC registration of Bethel Travels & Career Consulting Limited is completed in the year 2024. Including all legal liabilities, financial and all forms of liabilities, including all profits and loss, old and new existing clients and all businesses including court cases, loans and investments etc. shall all be inherited from  Bethel Digitech Limited, Nigeria T/A Bethel Travels & Career Consulting to Bethel Travels & Career Consulting Limited www.btcctravesl.com 

  15. COMPANY CAN TERMINATE CONTRACT: At any point in time the company BTCC reserves the right to cancel this agreement for no reason and we would be under no obligation to complete this contract and there would be no liability whatsoever on company Bethel Travels & Career Consulting for cancelling the contact. If BTCC company cancels the contract for no reason, a full refund will be processed to client within 30days.

  16. SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITIES BY CLEINT: If there has been any suspicious activity(s) or behaviors by client or their agent that pose risk to our business, the company would not hesitate to implement a new arrangement in place to prevent any loses on our company and to protect our business and system. This type of behavior(s) could be and not restricted to leaking or sharing training materials to an unauthorised person by trainer, disrespecting our staff(s), withdrawing this contract/agreement suddenly etc.

This agreement shall be subject to Nigerian Law only and Nigerian law court only not else where should there be any dispute between both parties.  As soon as a client have filled in this application form, either by themselves or by their agent on behalf of client and have ticked the box of our terms and condition, you have agreed to this terms and condition/agreement and this terms and condition/agreement will be fully applicable by law as a contract and only by the laws of the federal republic of Nigeria. At antitime a typo on this contract may be corrected and this does not translate a change on this contract.

And even if you have made your payment directly to our sister company in another country or to an authorised person's or authorised person's bank account, your agreement is still considered with and is only bound by the company Bethel Digitech Limited, in Nigeria, T/A Bethel Travels & Careers Consulting and the company policies would fully be applicable and this agreement only applicable within the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Making payment to an authorised individual does not in any way translate that your business is with that individual. 

This company will not be liable for any transaction made with an unauthorised person. An individual must ensure thay are in communication or transaction with our company authorised person.

This agreement will be updated from time to time to suite our progressive service delivery and would be applicable to every ongoing client.
